PRODUCTION
We mould a wide range of resins in filled and unfilled versions, match colours, naturals and blacks. Fillers include : glass, mineral, carbon and lubricants. Most materials are moulded to meet regulatory requirements such as U.L. 94.
We specialize in custom parts with lower volume and are equally comfortable in high volume production.
Our moulding machines are equipped with a variety of auxiliary equipment, including; oil heaters, dehumidifying dryers, robotic arms, automatic loaders and mixers.
To completely satisfy our customers needs, we offer fully integrated services.
Secondary Operations :
At Duramould, quality, timing and price are linked together by service. To ensure your satisfaction our service is of the utmost importance, from initial quotation, through design, tool manufacturing, production and shipping. Our shop loading philosophy of 80% maximum allows us to respond to your emergency situations.
A key to service is responsiveness. We work with you, our customer, to help where we can in solving your problems. We gear to JIT requirements, when required.
Duramould works together with customers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that the needs of you, the customer, are met. We can provide proto-typing and moulding trials in various materials.
